Аннотация:Purpose:The purpose of the publication is to present changes in the Lubuskie labor market and their impact on the living conditions of the local community.Design/methodology/approach: The paper uses statistical data and source materials.Findings: The article presents the most important issues related to the labor market and analyzes key indicators, GDP dynamics, employment rate, directions of social policy development in order to present the changes taking place in Lubuskie province.Originality/value: The article is aimed at people interested in analyzing the labor market, living conditions of the population, people also interested in regional policy.
