Аннотация:The paper analyzes intertextual, thematic, and stylistic intersections in the works by Vsevolod Rozhdestvensky and Konstantin Paustovsky. It is for the first time when the literary works of both writers are compared to reveal common themes, motifs, and common style features. The author claims that among common for both writers are the themes of nature, creativity, travel, book addictions, etc. Though Rozhdestvensky and Paustovsky had no close personal communication, they highly appreciated each other’s work. Such literary intersections seem significant for illuminating the Soviet literary process in a new way. The paper publishes Paustovsky’s unknown letter of 1955 from Rozhdestvensky’s personal archive.
