Аннотация:The article analyzes the main challenges for the sustainable development of Russia, identifies measures to achieve socio-economic growth in the country. Among them are the accelerated growth of investments (by 10-15% annually) in fixed assets and in human capital, as well as cardinal reforms. In particular, property reform, financial reform, regional governance reform, social reform and the transition to strategic planning with directive tasks for state organizations and indicative indicators for private business.
