Аннотация:This article discusses the problems of finding new approaches to the successful development of the domestic economy based on an analysis of the historical experience of the USSR. An analysis was made of various sanctions restrictions imposed by Western countries against Russia in the 20th century. Based on a historical analysis of the actions of the Soviet Union, ways out of the current situation of sanctions restrictions and successful counteraction to unfriendly actions are shown. Systematized approaches to reduce the negative impact of sanctions imposed by a number of Western countries. It is shown that on a new round of the historical spiral of the development of the Russian state, the previously used methods and tools for countering sanctions restrictions can be applied, but with the necessary changes determined by modern economic development. It is concluded that Russia has significant development potential even in the conditions of the sanctions economy, but this requires the adoption of a number of strategic management decisions at the state level.
