Аннотация:[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The authors propose a fundamentally new approach to solving the problem of overcoming two technological limits of speed growth existing for rail vehicles. The advantages of vacuum magnetic-levitation transport are assessed in comparison with traditional transport systems. The perspectives of the use of this type of transport as applied to the development strategy of the transport system of Russia are determined.
