Аннотация:Considering Complexity Thinking Theory and the necessity to reconnect knowledge produced through scientific knowledge and literature, this article uses, as cognitive operator, the novel 'Alice in Wonderland', to reflect on the certainties of knowledge, caused by a systematic review of literature, to understand how Complexity Thinking approaches research in Basic Education, through revisions and dissertations selected from the Database of the Brazilian Digital Library through specific filters, related to the objective of the review.This method already has its recognized place in Science, however, as it is dialogically traversed, it leaves a shadow, another path, which is shadowing itself in the penumbra.This article brings this path to light, seeking to reconnect parts of a whole, while reflecting on the paths of Modern Science.
