Аннотация:Humidity sensor technologies amenable to widespread application in electronic control systems are reviewed. The principal sensor groups of interest include resistive ceramics, dielectric polymers, and resistive polyelectrolytes. The physical mechanisms and application trade‐offs for each group are considered. Stability of sensor response is a primary concern. At the present time no single design option can be considered to be universally applicable.
