Аннотация:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exon 26 (C3435T), which was a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of ABCB1 gene, on methotrexate (MTX) and tacrolimus (TAC) sensitivity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients.The subjects were 124 RA patients who had been administrated MTX and 47 RA patients who had been administrated TAC.3435TT cases included statistically significantly more non-responders for MTX therapy than 3435CC cases (adjusted OR=8.78, p=0.038), and were tendency to be non-responders for TAC therapy.These results suggested that genetic diagnosis of ABCB1 C3435T could be used to develop a treatment strategy for RA patients.
