Аннотация:In this study the use of job satisfaction research was debated on the graduate theses done in the field of Business Administration.In this context totally 135 theses as 117 master and 18 doctorate in the National Theses Center (YÖKTEZ) were examined.Above mentioned theses were subjected to descriptive analysis through the scale used, the original language of the scale, the adaptation of the scale to Turkish, the reason of usage, validity and reliability analysis.According to the findings of the study; it was realized that instead of developing new scales existing scales that translated to Turkish E.
