Аннотация:haemorrhages which were confirmed by HRCT chest.He was treated with IV Ceftrioxone, oral doxycycline, 3 doses of methyl prednisolone, 3 plasma exchanges and 1 Cyclophosphamide pulse following plasma exchange.He had dramatic recovery following treatment but unfortunately succumbed to death due to a massive upper GI haemorrhage on the day of waiting to be discharged. Conclusion.Leptospirosis is a life threatening condition with multi organ involvement.Vasculitic picture of leptospirosis is not frequently described.Overall clinical picture and background history will direct to the diagnosis in atypical cases of leptospirosis.
