Аннотация:This study aimed to identify the level of novice faculty members' empowerment and practicing their professional roles in light of the administrative methods in the Jordanian universities based on some variables. The study sample consisted of (49) faculty members. The results showed that university management methods, novice faculty members' empowerment, and their professional roles were moderate. Furthermore, there were statistically significant differences in the level of faculty members' empowerment in light of gender, in favor of females, and in light of age, in favor of less than 30 years. The study results also showed a statistically significant difference in the level of faculty members' professional roles in light of age, in favor of 30 to less than 45 years. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the democratic method and faculty members’ empowerment and their professional roles and a statistically significant negative correlation between non-interference and autocratic methods and faculty members’ empowerment and professional roles.
