CONFLICT AND SOLIDARY DETERMINING PARAMETERS OF THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE PROCESSES OF THE LEGAL ASPECT OF THE SOCIAL LIFE (THE PROBLEM OF ESTABLISHING REGULAR ASSOCIATIONS)
Аннотация:The present paper addresses the problem of establishing the conflict and solidary social determinants of the negative and positive processes of the legal aspect of life. The study reveals that the legal aspect of social life has a socially interactive content, is built on social and legal interactions that fall into two main types - cooperation and conflict. It is stated in the article that the dynamics of the legal aspect of social life in its positive and negative manifestations is determined by the solidarity and conflict types of social ties, respectively. Law, focusing on the conflict and solidarity manifestations of the legal aspect of life, uses negative and positive instruments in order to minimize conflicts and expand the scope of cooperation in social and legal life.
