Аннотация:The recognition principle based on the use of the properties of a thin gas layer and the bearing surface of the equipment is proposed.It is proved that the gas layer is highly sensitive to changes in the characteristic parameters of products, i.e., it is able to recognize them.There is a need to develop automatic sorting and rejection devices for the class of small piece products with implicit design features that have underestimated physical and mechanical properties, since traditional automation tools, loading and orientation operations with mechanical grips cannot be applied to them weighing in a stream.This requires manipulation while reducing dry mechanical friction
