Аннотация:The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation and resistance against psychological abuse at the workplace within Europe, the USA and Russia. Special attention was paid to the matters connected with the adaptation of the legal mechanisms stipulated in the Russian legislation, to the system of protection from psychological abuse at the workplace.
