Аннотация:TheBiophysicalSociety of JapanGeneral IncorporatedAssociation for Sup3S remains unc]ear at the atomic leve], [n this study, wc thceretically investigated the stmctural stability ofthe P-helix model from yeast prion Sup3S using moleculan' dynamics (MD) simulations.We prepared several 6-helix mode]s that have di rforcnt number of amino acid residues per turn with a pitch of4.7 A [1].We perfOrmed MD simuTations on each model to evaluate their structural stability.We next investigated two possible assembted-forms, ''head to head'' or ''head to tail'', to rcveal thc highcr-oTder structui'e.Detailed results will be shown in the presentation.
