Аннотация:This proceeding records the fully refereed papers presented at the 3rd International Conference on Computer Engineering and Technology in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 17 to 19 June, 2011. This conference brings together scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities around the world and presentatives from industry, to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between academia and industry.
