Аннотация:Dactinomycin is an old drug with activity in some childhood cancers; it acts as an inhibitor of RNA polymerase I. Its activity in acute myeloid leukemia has not been thoroughly examined. However, it has induced remissions in some patients with treatment-refractory disease.
