Аннотация:Clip Art: Achiral (1 a) and chiral ((±)-2 b) molecular clips undergo diastereoselective H-bond-mediated self-assembly, both in solution and the solid state, to yield homodimer 1 a⋅1 a and the heterochiral aggregate (+)-2 b⋅(−)-2 b. Mixtures of the achiral and chiral clips do not yield heterodimers, but rather undergo an efficient self-sorting process.
