Аннотация:This work proposes an efficient protocol for micropropagation of Japanese persimmon, cultivar Fuyu and persimmon cv. café. In the initial culture with meristem tips, the first essay evaluated the effect of zeatina and 2-iP (0, 5, 10 and 20 µM) and the second evaluated the effect of adenine, glutamine, cistein and arginin (45 mg L-1) amino acids. For direct organogenesis induction, roots segments were used, testing the auxins IAA, NAA and IBA (0.01 and 0.1 µM), combined with zeatina (1 µM). For leaf organogenesis induction, three concentrations of zeatina (5, 15 and 30 µM) were evaluated, combined with IBA (0.05 µM). The zeatina (5 µM) was superior to 2-iP in the shoot development of the meristem tips. In the experiment with amino acids, only a tendency of better results with cistein and arginin was verified. In root organogenesis, the NAA was superior in the shoot development, but in the different tested concentrations, there were not significant differences. New foliar segments showed capacity to shoot forth and they responded to the zeatina applications.
