Аннотация:By using ultra-high vacuum techniques and an analysis tried by Rogers et al. , helium permeation rates, diffusion coefficients, and solubilities for three different glasses have been determined in the region of temperature from 50°C to 350°C. The permeation rate has been related to glass composition, and it has been found that a molybdenum seal glass investigated is suitable for the use in ultra-high vacuum system.
