Аннотация:Ministry of Education gave right to teachers who graduated from the field of classroom education and work as classroom teachers to pass into undergraduate minor department in their diplomas.The purpose of this study is to determine the teachers' opinions and suggestions on the application that have passed into undergraduate minor department with the change in branch.Sample of the study consists of teachers working in district in Hatay, and having passed into undergraduate minor department through the change in branch.95 of the questionnaires that returned from teachers were evaluated.The study was conducted in the spring term of the 2012-2013 academic years.In the study, although some of the teachers have seen themselves sufficient while there are still some teachers thinking that they are not adequate in their new branch they have passed.Also, having made branch change, teachers prefer to deal with solely one field and concentrating on that area rather than being involved in different areas and subjects while being a classroom teacher.Teachers see themselves inadequate, lack of interest from students, to increase accountability, wage reduction, difficulty of preparation and constantly entering into different classes are some issues shown as negative aspects of changing branch.
