Аннотация:We report on a girl presenting with mental retardation, craniofacial dysmorphisms, and syndactyly. The child's mother and maternal grandfather presented bilateral syndactyly of toes 2 and 3. These manifestations, falling within the ambit of what has been termed the craniodigital syndromes, were first reported by Scott et al (1971) in 3 brothers.
