Аннотация:The evolution of electric field dependent dynamic ferroelectric hysteresis area of aged and de-aged un-doped polycrystalline BaTiO3 (BTO) is studied. It is observed that the field exponent of aged sample is significantly different as compared to de-aged BTO at low strengths of applied electric field. The observations are discussed in terms of orientation of defect dipoles and it is suggested that the relation between hysteresis area (A) and the electric fields in aged samples is of the form⟨A⟩∝(E±EI ) n , where E is the applied electric field; EI is the internal bias field generated due to defect diploes and n is the scaling exponent.
