Аннотация:This paper works on implementation of CMOS Bandgap voltage reference circuits in condition of low voltage low power design. The presented Bandgap reference can operate at below 1V supply and generate about 0.5 V reference voltage. Simulation results show that it has a temperature coefficient of 60 mV/dC from -25dC to 125dC. When supply voltage varies from 0.95 to 2.5 V, output voltage is 503 mVp0.5 mV at 25dC. It is implemented with a standard 0.35 mm EEPROM CMOS process.
