Аннотация:In the given research there has been suggested the approach to the evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the regions of Privolzhsky Federal District, and outlined the key factors of its fluctuation in particular regions. There has been developed the model of investments volumes reliance on investment attractiveness of the region, specified tendencies/trends of the change of investment flow to the regions of Privolzhsky Federal District until 2020. The analysis shows that the use of standard forecasting procedures allows to obtain results of high quality. Thus there is a need to improve the algorithm for determining and predicting the perturbations of the investment process which will improve the accuracy of calculations, and identifying criteria for optimal growth of the investments to ensure the effective functioning of the economic system.
