Estudo sobre aspectos pianístico-pedagógicos desenvolvidos no primeiro volume do Játékok, de György Kurtágdissertation
Аннотация: This work aims to study the pianistic content present in the first volume of György Kurtág's Játékok under the analytical perspective of the instrumental pedagogy.The pianistic and musical aspects we can find in Játékok -work that is characterized by its contemporary roots and for its inspiration both in children's universe as in the game -are not usually treated in works for teaching purposes.Therefore, we intend to investigate valuable and crucial contents for Kurtág in the field of instrumental pedagogy, furthermore examine how the composer develops these contents along his collection and which are the implications for the student development of technical and interpretive piano skills.In order to achieve these objectives, this work is divided into four chapters, taking into consideration that the first three contextualize composer work and theoretical framework for the analysis.Thus, the first chapter, "György Kurtág and Játékok" describes the biographic trajectory of the composer, highlighting those events that affected the particular conception of the piece; the second one, "Pedagogical Horizons in Játékok", comes to unveil the pedagogical aspirations of the composer through the study of the prefaces' work; the third, "Theoretical framework for analyzing Játékok" introduce the main texts on which we base the pedagogical analysis of Játékok, each of which represents one of the needed perspectives to be able to approach the particularities of our research goals: the pianistic pedagogy, the piano performance and the pedagogy applied to the pianistic literature of the twentieth century; the fourth one, "Analysis of pianistic and pedagogical contents in the first volume of Játékok", categorizes the contents: a) Gesture, b) Significant/expressive conciseness; c) Metric and rhythmic freedom; d) Internal hearing, melodic conduction and physical sensitivity; e) Dramatic expression and ease performance.And explores each one through the theoretical grounding and the analysis of some of the pieces in the volume, as examples.Finally, the "Final considerations" include the research process, highlighting the most significant aspects of the pedagogical thinking of Kurtág, and also tries to probe the pedagogical issues raised on the Játékok.The work is justified because of its contribution to the literature on Kurtág and Játékok in Portuguese language, practically nonexistent, as well as constitutes a research on instrumental pedagogy that broadens the spectrum of possibilities for education.
