Аннотация:Electrochemical reduction of tartrazine at multi-walled carbon nanotube-modied pyrolytic graphite electrode is investigated. A simple, sensitive and inexpensive method for determination of tartrazine in drinks is proposed. The accuracy and reproducibility of the determination method for various known amounts of tartrazine were evaluated. This method was satisfactorily applied for the determination of tartrazine in drinks.
