Аннотация: Исследуется создание системы мониторинга качества подготовки кадров. Рассматриваются приоритетные направления, исследующие действенность профессионального образования как системной подготовки востребованного специалиста. Формулируется цель проведения мониторинга уровня достижений обучающихся, выражающаяся в создании механизма управления системой исследований образовательных достижений, направленной на достоверное оценивание и развитие обучающихся. На основе анализа получаемых в ходе мониторинга обобщенных, частных, особых и выделяющихся результатов предлагается оптимальное расширение количественных и качественных критериев, гуманитарных и естественнонаучных методов исследования, предусматривающих сочетание сравнивание результатов, полученных в результате различных исследований. Доказывается необходимость введение новых критериев. Предлагаются полезные рекомендации, направленные на решение проблемы формирования процедуры мониторинга уровня достижений обучающихся как показателя качества образования. Значимость работы заключается в возможности обобщения опыта с целью его использования образовательными учреждениями среднего профессионального образования.
In the article the creation of the system of monitoring of guality of training of specialists is investigated. The priority directions investigating effectiveness of professional education as system training of the popular expert are considered. The purpose of carrying out monitoring of level of achievements of students which is expressed in creation of the mechanism of management of the system of researches of educational achievements directed to reliable estimation and development of students is formulated. On the basis of the analysis of the generalized, private, special and marked out results received during monitoring optimum expansion of guantitative and gualitative creteria, the humanitarian and natural-science methods of a research providing a combination and comparison of the results received by various researches is offered. The need of introduction of new criteria is proved. The useful recommendations submitted on a solution of the problem of formation of the procedure of monitoring of level of achievements of students as indicator of guality of education are offered. The importance of work consists in a possibility of synthesis of experience for the purpose of use of secondaru professional education by educational institutions.
