Commerce Department`s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (from March 14, 2014) about the intentions of the USA Government to pass the governance of the implementation of the functions of the IANA to the global multistakeholders; the outcome documents of the NET-Mundial Global Multistakeholder Meeting on the Future of Internet Governance (April 2014, Sao Paulo, Brazil), and also the Panel on Global Internet Cooperation and Governance Mechanisms (May 2014).
