Аннотация: Обосновывается неправомерность имеющихся в юридической литературе воззрений на справедливость как сущностный признак права: признание ее всеобщности исключено, поскольку предмет правового регулирования не ограничивается сферой действия принципа справедливости, а отдельные правоотношения и вовсе ему не соответствуют (например, технико-производственные, образовательные, процессуальные и др. ).
