Аннотация: Рассматриваются идеи русского символизма конца XIX – начала ХХ века, связанные с открытием новых возможностей миропонимания в культуре. Внимание акцентируется на теоретических работах В. Я. Брюсова, посвященных рассуждениям об искусстве, преодолевающем рациональное отношения к миру через освобождение чувственной интуиции как способа реализации самой жизни в акте свободного творчества.
