Аннотация: Ставится вопрос о необходимости модернизации диспозиции ст. 357 УК РФ (геноцид). Примерами совершенствования нормы о геноциде служат статьи уголовных кодексов ряда зарубежных стран, расширивших понятие геноцида по сравнению с Конвенцией ООН «О предупреждении преступления геноцида и наказании за него» 1948 года.
