Аннотация:The third edition of the international almanac “Religion. Church. Society” continues the series of religious studies that include publication of text sources and articles on philosophy, theology and history of religion and Church. The concept of the anthology reflects an integrative approach to the study of the phenomenon of religious life and consciousness. The volume contents wide range of articles among them the research unit on the history of religion, including several articles on Christian hagiography and specifics of Protestant culture, is most notable. In the preparation of the almanac participated chair of Religious Studies (The Herzen State Pedagogical University) and Russian Christian Academy for the Humanities. Articles are of great interest to a general reader and especially students and teachers of the humanities.
