Аннотация:В статье обосновывается необходимость научного осмысления процессов цифровизации АПК как важнейшего фактора устойчивого развития сельских территорий. Систематизированы меры государственной поддержки цифровизации АПК в Красноярском крае, включая грантовые программы и субсидии. Проведён критический анализ текущего состояния цифровой трансформации сельских территорий региона, выявлены основные направления цифровой трансформации агропромышленного комплекса, определены ключевые ограничения цифровизации сельских территорий, связанные с инфраструктурными, кадровыми и финансовыми барьерами. Установлено, что цифровизация выступает важным фактором развития сельских территорий, однако требует дальнейшего совершенствования механизмов государственной поддержки и развития цифровой инфраструктуры. По результатам исследования предложены рекомендации по цифровой трансформации АПК Красноярского края в целях устойчивого развития сельских территорий. Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейших исследований вопросов взаимосвязи возможного функционала и потенциального воздействия процессов цифровой трансформации при проведении оценки влияния ИТ-продуктов на устойчивое развитие сельских территорий по экономическому (управленческому), социальному и экологическому аспектам.
The article examines the impact of digitalization processes in ensuring the sustainable development of rural areas of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to increase the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex in the context of a declining rural population and the implementation of the national project «Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the state». The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of digitalization on the development of agriculture in the region. The methodological basis was formed by a systematic approach, methods of statistical, comparative and content analysis of regulatory documents for the period 2019-2024, on the basis of which the dynamics of the development of agriculture in the region was revealed. The measures of state support for the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex, including grant programs and subsidies, have been systematized. A critical analysis of the current state of digital transformation of rural territories of the region has been carried out, the main directions of digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex have been identified, key limitations of digitalization of rural territories related to infrastructural, personnel and financial factors have been identified. It is concluded that digitalization is an important factor in the development of rural areas of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, but it requires further improvement of government support mechanisms and the development of digital infrastructure.
