Аннотация: A mathematical model is developed to calculate methane–hydrogen jet flame. Modern gas turbine engines use hydrocarbon fuel, emitting significant amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Usage of hydrocarbon–hydrogen fuel mixture significantly reduces CO<sub>2</sub> emission but significantly alters combustion processes. Comprehensive mathematical simulation of aerodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and combustion processes is needed to optimize the design and working modes of burners. The models of these processes validated and selected using previous results for several types of flames are presented. Simulated results are in good agreement with laboratory experimental data with respect to both flow characteristics and concentrations of gas components.
