The article analyzes the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of the Unified State System for Emergency Prevention and Response (RSChS) in managing forest fires. It explores their functions-monitoring, forecasting, coordination, and resource management-and provides examples of their application, including the ISDM-Rosleskhoz system and regional systems in Krasnoyarsk Krai. The significance of information systems for rapid response and damage reduction is emphasized.
