Аннотация:The problems of hybrid power supply using are of great relevance due to the development of infrastructure and industry in remote regions of Siberia and the Far East, as well as tightening of environmental requirements and desire to reduce diesel fuel consumption. Hybrid systems based on renewable and traditional energy sources allow to improve the reliability of power supply consumers, the flexibility of normal and emergency modes control, and reduce CO2 emissions. At the same time, the problem of automatic control of hybrid systems with minimal fossil fuel consumption is relevant, provided that all the technological constraints and power quality requirements are met. The paper analyzes the control criteria, as well as the technological and operational constraints of a hybrid power supply system, which includes diesel power units, a solar power plant, and energy storage. Their mathematical models and the algorithms for controlling the operating conditions of the system based on the specified criteria and constraints are presented. The problem of optimal distribution of active load between different energy sources and the choice of the optimal structure of generating units are also considered.
