Аннотация:One of the main environmental problems in Russia is considered to be the relatively low level of development of the disposal system for solid municipal waste (SMW). At the moment, the issue of formation and accumulation of production and consumption waste, both for the Krasnoyarsk region and for the whole of Russia as a whole, is very relevant. In the context of the constant development of industry and the growing amount of consumer waste, there is an annual increase in the amount of waste generated, among which there are material resources suitable for processing and profit. The main goal is to create an effective waste management system, which includes not only the organization of garbage sites, transportation of waste to landfills or recycling plants, but also the development of waste management schemes. These schemes should not only reflect the current situation in this area in the region, but also use big data analysis to create a reliable and up-to-date forecast of the development of this area and form a fair rate for garbage collection. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of using digital tools to track the activities and problems of waste management in the field of municipal waste and national regulatory practices using the resources of the Krasnoyarsk region.
Одной из главных проблем экологии России считается относительно невысокий уровень развития системы утилизации твердых коммунальных отходов (ТКО). На данный момент, вопрос образования и скопления отходов производства и употребления, как для Красноярского края, так и для всей России в целом, является очень актуальным. В условиях постоянного развития промышленности и растущего количества отходов потребления, наблюдается ежегодное увеличение количества образующихся отходов, среди которых есть материальные ресурсы, пригодные для переработки и получения прибыли. Главная цель - создание эффективной системы управления отходами, которая включает не только организацию мусорных площадок, перевозку отходов на свалки или заводы по переработке, но и разработку схем управления отходами. Эти схемы должны не просто отражать текущую ситуацию в данной сфере в регионе, но и при помощи анализа больших данных создавать надежный и актуальный прогноз развития этой области и формировать справедливую ставку на вывоз мусора. Цель данного исследования заключается в изучении возможностей применения цифровых инструментов для отслеживания деятельности и проблем управления отходами в сфере муниципальных отходов и национальных нормативных практик с применением ресурсов Красноярского края.
