Аннотация:The modern market of educational services has become extremely wide and diverse, so modern universities need not only to create competitive educational services, determine a suitable price for them and make them attractive to target customers, but also to think about improving their marketing communications in order to attract an audience, to be competent in the communication environment in which their educational an institution for the purpose of promoting its proposals. To date, almost every educational organization is actively engaged in its promotion, as well as the promotion of services that it provides. Higher education institutions are no exception. The university has a complex organizational structure, which includes educational units, in addition to administrative and auxiliary. At the same time, training units face internal competition. They are fighting not only for applicants, but also for the attention of students, administration, graduates and the public. As practice shows, the most popular means of interacting with the audience are social networks, which, today, provide a huge range of opportunities for effective promotion. The article examines the effectiveness of the activities of various communities of the agrarian university in social networks. The assessments obtained as a result of the analysis helped to draw conclusions about the further promotion of the university, to choose more effective ways to increase the competitiveness of the university based on improving its image.
