В статье представлены результаты сравнения регионов Сибирского федерального округа по показателю обеспеченности плавательными бассейнами. Проанализированы географические и демографические параметры, а также число спортивных объектов. Рассмотрена зависимость их количества, близости расположения к столице, а также влияние сопутствующих факторов на достижение высоких результатов. Определена степень развития дисциплины на основе данных по результатам соревнований и количеству высоких спортивных званий. Предложен перечень рекомендаций для соответствующей федерации Красноярского края.
The article presents the results of comparing the regions of the Siberian Federal District for the provision of swimming pools. The geographical and demographic indicators of the regions, as well as the number of sports facilities in them, are analyzed. The influence of the availability of sports facilities, their proximity to the capital of the region as well as other factors on the level of sports results is revealed. The level of development of such kind of sport as “Swimming” was determined on the basis of competitions results and number of swimmers’ high sports titles. Some recommendations for the corresponding Federation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were proposed.
