Аннотация:Сложностный характер современного мироустройства происходит под влиянием целого ряда разнонаправленных факторов, одним из ведущих среди которых является порождающая инновации научно-технологическая деятельность. Самоочевидно, что такая активность сопряжена с рисками и угрозами для бытия человека. Закономерным запросом текущего этапа цивилизационного развития становится включение гуманитарного компонента в актуальную повестку с целью предупреждения негативных последствий и сценариев. Настоящая статья посвящена аналитике текущего состояния и выявления инструментальных возможностей технологии гуманитарной экспертизы в реалиях современного мира. Рассмотрены аспекты, направления и уровни данной деятельности. Раскрыты специфика и функции гуманитарной экспертизы. Установлено, что гуманитарная экспертиза является эффективным инструментом, способствующим выходу человечества за рамки узгопрагматической рациональности, значительно снижая неопределенность существования социальных систем в результате техногенного влияния.
The complex nature of the modern world order occurs under the influence of a number of multidirectional factors, one of the leading among which is scientific and technological activity that generates innovation. It is self-evident that such activity is associated with risks and threats to human existence. A logical request at the current stage of civilizational development is the inclusion of a humanitarian component in the current agenda in order to prevent negative consequences and scenarios. Permanent transformations of the surrounding reality in the conditions of socio-cultural dynamics determined by innovative activity articulate requests for finding reasons for gaining confidence in order to prevent negative scenarios of the influence of science and technology. This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and identification of the instrumental capabilities of the technology of humanitarian expertise in the realities of the modern world. The problem field of humanitarian expertise is focused on management decisions in various areas of society, which determine the vector of development of the existence of all possible communities. Aspects, directions and levels of this activity are considered. The specifics and functions of humanitarian expertise are revealed. It has been established that humanitarian expertise is an effective tool that helps humanity move beyond narrow-pragmatic rationality, significantly reducing the uncertainty of the existence of social systems as a result of technogenic influence.
