Данная работа включает рассмотрение влияния современных строительных технологий на экономику и общество. Авторы провели оценку социальной и экономической значимости данных технологий в строительстве, опираясь на сравнение и анализ различных подходов к строительству. В статье рассматриваются различные строительные технологии, описываются преимущества и недостатки каждой технологии и их влияние на стоимость строительства, сроки строительства, эффективность использования ресурсов и экологическую устойчивость. Также проанализированы социальные последствия использования современных строительных технологий, включая улучшение условий жизни людей, создание новых рабочих мест и повышение уровня образования в отрасли строительства.
This work includes consideration of the impact of modern construction technologies on the economy and society. The authors assessed the social and economic significance of these technologies in construction, based on a comparison and analysis of various approaches to construction. The article discusses various construction technologies, describes the advantages and disadvantages of each technology and their impact on the cost of construction, construction time, resource efficiency and environmental sustainability. The social consequences of using modern construction technologies are also analyzed, including improving peoples living conditions, creating new jobs and increasing the level of education in the construction industry.
