Аннотация:The article is devoted to a historiographical review of the problem of the diffusion of Bulgarian archaeological material in Siberia. For the review, articles were selected that reveal certain issues of cultural communication between Volga Bulgaria and the population of Siberia, the articles are arranged in chronological sequence. Almost all the studies considered in the article are devoted mainly to archaeological finds in Western Siberia, only one, the last article considers Eastern Siberia. At the very beginning, the earliest studies on the topic of Bulgarian products in Siberia are subject to review. The article also discusses studies on the classification of Bulgarian material, the study of trade routes between Volga Bulgaria and Siberia, as well as criticism of outdated information
