Аннотация:В статье рассматривается создание таможенных учреждений на юге Енисейской губернии в 1915 г. и их деятельность в годы Первой мировой войны, революционных событий 1917 г. и Гражданской войны. Их открытие стало частью общей геополитической стратегии Российской империи на центральноазиатском направлении в начале XX в. Целью являлось расширение сферы политического и экономического влияния в Монголии и Туве, совершенствование системы охраны границы в таможенном отношении.
The author considers the creation of customs institutions in the south of the Yenisei province in 1915 and their activities during the First World War, the revolutionary events of 1917 and the Civil War. The opening of the customs in Minusinsk, the customs outpost in Uryankhai and the Usinsk customs post became part of the general geopolitical strategy of the Russian Empire in the Central Asian direction at the beginning of the 20th century. The goal was to expand the sphere of political and economic influence in Mongolia and Tuva, improve the system of border protection.
