Аннотация:В данной статье рассмотрены стратегические направления развития строительства в региональной экономике на примере Свердловской области, существенно влияющие на существующее положение строительства в стране. Стратегически важной задачей государства является не только обеспечение граждан доступным жильем, но и создание комфортной и качественной среды проживания. В данной работе проведено исследование дальнейших путей решения проблемы и перспектив развития сектора социального жилья, взаимодействия местных властей, бизнеса и общества. Проанализированы способы решения государственной жилищной программы по обеспечению жильем граждан Свердловской области. Чтобы жилищное строительство оставалось локомотивом строительной отрасли и экономики в целом, необходимо создать привлекательные условия для застройщиков жилья.
Thanks to the construction industry, the pace of economic development is set, and it is also a significant global economic sector. This topic is relevant in view of the dynamic development of construction services. Having analyzed the state of the construction market, it is necessary to support the development of this sphere. This article examines the strategic directions of construction development in the regional economy on the example of the Sverdlovsk region, which significantly affect the current state of construction in the country. The strategically important task of the state is not only to provide citizens with affordable housing, but also to create a comfortable and high-quality living environment. In this paper, a study of further ways to solve the problem and prospects for the development of the social housing sector, the interaction of local authorities, business and society is carried out. The ways of solving the state housing program to provide housing for citizens of the Sverdlovsk region are analyzed. In order for housing construction to remain the locomotive of the construction industry and the economy as a whole, it is necessary to create attractive conditions for housing developers.
