Аннотация:В данной статье представлены различные взгляды на определение понятия «государственный долг РФ» и, соответственно, приведена классификация госдолга РФ. Рассматриваются методы регулирования госдолга, которые использует Министерство финансов России, и механизм управления госдолгом РФ. А также авторами статьи проведен анализ современного состояния государственного внутреннего и государственного внешнего долга России.
This article presents various views on the definition of the concept of "state debt of the Russian Federation" and, accordingly, the classification of the state debt of the Russian Federation is given. The article discusses the methods of regulating state debt, which are used by the Ministry of Finance of Russia, and the mechanism of managing the state debt of the Russian Federation. The authors of the article also analyze the current state of the state internal and state external debt of Russia.
