Раскрываются вопросы, связанные, с оценкой организации финансового менеджмента на предприятии, представлены источники данных, необходимые для выполнения анализа организации финансового менеджмента малого предприятия. Представлен анализ динамики прибыли и собственного капитала, движения денежных средств и рассмотрено состояние предотвращения банкротства и финансовых неудач. Сделаны обобщающие выводы об организации финансового менеджмента малого предприятия и проведена оценка проблемных мест при управлении финансовыми ресурсами предприятия.
Issues related to the assessment of the organization of financial management in enterprises are disclosed, the data sources necessary for the analysis of the organization of financial management of a small enterprise are presented. The analysis of the dynamics of profit and equity, cash flow and presents the state of the prevention of bankruptcy and financial failures. Summarizing conclusions aboutthe organization of financial management of a small enterprise are made and an assessment of problem areas in the management of financial resources ofthe enterprise is carried out.
