В статье описаны существующие климатические тренды для Западной Сибири и Алтайского края; на основе двух глобальных климатических моделей сделаны прогнозы до 2030 г. Проанализирована динамика пахотных и лесопокрытых площадей в Алтайском крае в условиях иссушения климата с привлечением результатов обработки данных дистанционного зондирования и официальной статистики. Рассмотрены направления развития ситуации и меры по достижению нейтрального баланса деградации земель, включающие оптимизацию природопользования, организацию и реорганизацию ООПТ.
In this article we describe the climatic trends, specific for Western Siberia and Altai Krai. On the basis of the two global climatic models we made prediction up to 2030. We analyzed the dynamics of croplands and forests of Altai Krai under the aridization of climate, using the results of the processed data of remote sensing and official statistics. We studied the directions this situation could develop in, and measures for obtainment of neutral balance of land degradation, including optimization of nature management and organization and reorganization of specially protected natural sites.
