Аннотация:The construction territory of the individual residential house is located in the village Shudrovo, Sayan District, Krasnoyarsk Territory. On the territory of the site there are such areas as sports ground, gardening area and recreation area. There is a kindergarten near the house. The form of two-storey house is of multifaceted shape. The ground floor contains seven rooms, namely vestibule, cloakroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, children's playroom and dining room. The entrance which is located on the north side loads into a vestibule. The second floor contains six rooms: three bedrooms, storage room, study, bathroom. The main material is brick, because brick has the property of good sound isolation. The house has flat roof with parapet, but some parts of the roof have a slope. These parts are made of corrugated iron. This house also has two balconies and large amount of glazing. We can get to one of the balconies through the children's bedrooms, to the other through the hall. On one side of the house there is a panoramic window. This window is located next to the stairs, that is, climbing it, you can observe a beautiful view from the window. The house has a mass construction. The building is in a moderate climate. The front of the building faces north. The building site is approximately rectangular in shape. It is bounded by vehicular access to the north, neighboring plots to the east, south and west.
