Аннотация:The article is devoted to the problem of human resources management based on Agile methodology. With the growing dynamic of environment, the traditional methodology loses its relevance, and flexible technologies become more efficient. The author has the aim to analyze prospects for the application of philosophy, principles, technology of Agile, and also to identify the problems of implementation this methodology. The theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on this topic was chosen as the research method.
